Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work.
  • Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures.
  • Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance to the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports.
  • Address complaints, concerns and continuous improvement ideas.
  • Support company and manager directions.
  • Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.

Competencies:

  • Computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident gathering tools.
  • Ability to lead people.
  • Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment.

Salary: 77,000- 87,000 USD annually depending on experience
