We are looking for a software product manager interested in creating a brand new product to help patients navigate their cancer care journey from Screening through Survivorship. This new product will help patients better understand the information about their diagnosis and treatment which will help enable patients to advocate for the best treatment plan and outcomes. This role will require the successful candidate to reside in Nova Scotia with 20% travel requirement

Key responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in defining market vision, strategy goals, and objectives for the product.

  • Establish and maintain prioritized product backlogs for efficient development and value delivery.

  • Drive user research and usability testing for an optimal and empathetic user experience.

  • Engage in the complete software product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with engineering, field service, User Experience and other critical stakeholders to develop and release products.

  • Coordinate dependencies with other product owners for seamless collaboration.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors and attend trade shows as required.

Skills & Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of software product management experience

  • Proficient in agile development concepts

  • Clinical knowledge of the Oncology and broader Health IT ecosystem

  • Ability to define a product from its inception, create the requirements for the product and execute on the strategic vision of the product definition

  • Knowledge about diagnostic imaging and AI (Artificial Intelligence) applicability to imaging is a significant benefit

The base pay range for this position is

Min $98,400 - Max $172,100

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
