Your Role

In this position you will support the growth of remanufacturing operations within the expanded service center located in Baytown, TX. You will report to the Service Center Manager and will have 6-10 service technicians reporting to you.

You will:

• Manage the Service Technician group in the remanufacturing operation including coaching, training, and leading employees in accordance with the company's culture and management philosophy.
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure that remanufacturing activities are performed in an organized and structured manner.
• Manage service resources to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
• Handle warranty issues with customers & provide quality feedback to Product Companies.
• Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and provide reporting as requested.
• Ensure the competence development of the technicians reporting to you in terms of product, technical, and administrative functions.

To succeed, you will need

A high school diploma and a 2-year degree or certificate from a technical college or trade school with 5 years of technical service experience overhauling portable industrial equipment such as compressors, generators and/or dewatering pumps and including experience supervising others.
