A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As theDirector, Supply Chain Business Process Management and Digitization you will oversee the strategic integration of digital technologies to optimize and streamline organizational workflows for MKS' Global Supply Chain. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, implement digital solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Consult with Business Leaders to communicate a clear vision and develop a digital transformation strategy roadmap for our global Supply Chain operations
  • Rethink the way teams collaborate, communicate and partner cross-functionally, help provide thought leadership, tools, and development for a digitally enabled Supply Chain organization
  • Lead and own the design of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance establishing and overseeing data standards, policies, and procedures
  • Lead the design, strategic approach and governance of Business Process Management, standard business process design and continuous improvement
  • Effectively communicate vision while driving cultural, systems, and process changes
  • Lead a team of highly skilled data scientists, supply chain and business analysts, amplifying their contributions through coaching and development to build a Super User community
  • Evaluate business processes to ensure the inclusion of digital strategy, KPI's and efficiency across the organization globally

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain with10+ years of relevant experience working in a diverse and global supply chain organization
  • Oracle or SAP ERP experience in supply chain areas
  • C-suite level presentation and communication proficiency
  • Knowledge of analytics best practices including demonstrated use of BI and Automation tools like Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Automation Anywhere, etc
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) best practices and management
  • Cross-functional business awareness and track record of cross-functional/cross-organizational collaboration and experience in a senior-level strategy leadership role responsible for transformation and process improvements
  • Project management skills and the ability to lead and drive cultural change and relationship management
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time

We are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we will not be sponsoring work visas for this position, at this time.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $150,500 to $279,500 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
