Shift Schedules (subject to change based on business needs):
1st Shift - Schedule (alternating every 6 months):
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday -- 6:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 6:00am - 5:00pm
1st Shift - Schedule (alternating every 2 weeks):
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday 6:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 6:00am - 5:00pm
2nd Shift -- Schedule:
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday -- 4:00pm - 3:00am (with a 10% shift pay differential)
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Responsible for the operating procedures in accordance with GSK safety and environmental guidelines for the manufacturing facility
- Ensures all activities are executed following quality and regulatory standards
- Proactively identifies and reports compliance issues to area supervisor or Quality Assurance
- Participates in and supports continuous improvements and LEAN initiatives
- Represents GSK with the highest level of integrity and professionalism; maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Performs manufacturing/cleaning/sampling/processing steps in coordination with other manufacturing personnel
- Handles hazardous waste from production activities to satellite storage areas
- Maintains and reviews training forms and files
- Participates in RCA for EHS incident and deviations
- Participates in CAPA tasks for safety and quality

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift/bend/move objects 20+ lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience within a GMP environment
- Bachelor's degree or some post-secondary education
- Knowledge of a controlled, clean environment
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and open office environment
- Understanding of weights and volume measurements
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
