BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for supporting both business operations and projects. Coordinates with business partners in support of production operations including inventory management and the resolution of production issues. Responsible for the evaluation of business processes and requirements for both production systems and new features. Elicit and document business requirements in support of business operations. Write the Code for the requirements based on time estimates. Support testing and quality assurance assessments to evaluate and ensure the system functionality aligns with the business process and expected results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor in Technology or Business Administration or 3 years experience in Claim Operations
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office.
*Coding applications
*The ability to work with Cross functional areas


PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*
Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, SQL or VB.Net, etc
*Experience with the end-to-end healthcare claims processing system
*Familiarity with business process design and aid the high-level business process design efforts with assistance of the stakeholders and end users.
