As AIS moves into our next strategy period, there is significant growth potential around the development of the Service business in our global key accounts. SCE is recruiting a Global Key Account Manager Service to drive this sales channel development. As a GKAS, you will be the Service sales contact person to support Global Key Account Managers and local BLMs in the creation of global Service solutions. You will be responsible for the best Customer experience throughout the complete GKA journey, including physical and digital touchpoints. The GKAS will report to divisional Marketing Service VP and manage both MVI/GI accounts. The location of the position is preferred to be out of Michigan in a hybrid/remote position.
The Role
In this role, you will define the global solution; the product with correct value proposition and scope, the level of price but also ensure we will meet same quality of delivery in any location. You will support GKAM to develop the service business plan which is part of the account strategy. Also with Customer negotiations and discussions that might be needed until order is signed.You will work closely with GKAMs making sure service solutions are always part of any global agreement, giving priority to proactive solutions.
Together with the local Service organization and GKAT you will support GKAMs on the issues occurring at the Customers headquarter. This includes building solutions that can be adopted globally. You will communicate and roll out the contract conditions to all CCs; and work on contract follow up, making sure we get Customer feedback and performance to adjust either the solution or quality of delivery. MarComm, Marketing and Operations are key partners make sure the Customer has the best experience.
What we expect from you
Obtain knowledge of the Atlas Copco Service offer and value towards customers
Ability to learn the SPS and Growth Accelerator sales process
International experience on working with GKAs
Experience in managing P&L with a proven record both top and bottom line
Proficient in English
Financial skills
Basic knowledge to work with PowerBi, dynamic tables in excel and Spirit are a plus
Project management skills: Road map alignment with customers on existing and future products
International travel is required at least once a year to attend sales meetings
