Maintenance Specialist I

Entry Level:$21.54/$25.00 - $26.92/$31.25 /hour
Position is eligible for Employee Referral Program.
Job Summary:
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others. Perform technical testing, maintenance, and repair of compressor engines and other equipment involved in transportation and storage of natural gas at assigned stations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Maintenance Specialist I:
* Associate degree in a related field.
* Two years of experience in compressor operations and maintenance.

Maintenance Specialist II:
* Associate degree in a related field.
* Two years of experience in compressor operations and maintenance.
* Two years of experience as a Maintenance Specialist I and must have completed any required home study courses.

Maintenance Specialist I:
* Strong mechanical, electronic, computer and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm and prioritize work during stressful situations.
* Strong analytical ability.
* Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and Mobile applications.

Maintenance Specialist II:
* Must have demonstrated technical proficiency.
* Strong mechanical, electronic, computer and interpersonal skills.
* Employee must demonstrate skills, knowledge and ability to:
o Perform routine maintenance and repair of all required station equipment.
o Recognize matters needing attention and initiate action on that recognition.
o Work with minimum supervision.
* Understand policies, practices and precedents to exercise sound discretionary judgment in handling or referring non-routine situations.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm and prioritize work during stressful situations.
* Strong analytical ability.
* Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and Mobile applications.
Additional Requirements
* Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
Additional Information
*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
